Over 160 employees and retirees took shifts to package a total of 40,000 Taco Mac meals that were delivered to food pantries to feed families in Iowa and across the globe.

MFTH first gained traction at FMH after retirees Stu and Becky Shepard gathered a group of employees to volunteer off-site in 2008 and encouraged FMH to host an on-site event. FMH first hosted the event in 2018, and it continues to grow year after year. Over 250,000 meals have been packaged since the event has been held at FMH. The Shepards also started an annual MFTH Hunger Drive in Arizona that they help coordinate each year.
