Eligibility:

Dogs 8 weeks and older, Cats 10 weeks and older
Must reside in the U.S.
Accident and Illness coverage is available to all dogs and cats under 9 years old
Accident Only coverage does not have an age limit. All breeds are eligible.

Includes vaccinations, routine testing, wellness prevention products (heartworm/flea/tick), dental cleaning, spaying/neutering, microchipping
Pet owner and vet agree on the best routine care for the pet, and the insurer will provide a schedule of benefits and reimbursement limits. This is not subject to deductible or co-pay.

EXAM & OFFICE VISITS COVERAGE

Coverage may apply even if diagnostics or treatments were not performed
Includes primary care visits, emergency hospitals, and specialty clinics

HEREDITARY COVERAGE

Covered conditions include heart disease, elbow dysplasia, arthritis, hip dysplasia, diabetes, luxating patella, spondylosis, eye disorders

END OF LIFE COVERAGE

Covers costs associated with end of life including cremation, burial, urns, memorials

Accident and Illness Coverage

Designed to help with unexpected vet trips for sick or injured pets

Covered conditions include: Hypothyroidism, digestive issues, broken bones, allergies, cancer, IVDD, toxin ingestion, ACL injuries, UTIs

Reimbursement for treatment at your primary care veterinarian, emergency hospital, and specialty clinics including: x-rays, ultrasounds, laboratory tests, CT scans and MRIs, prescription medications, hospitalization, surgery, emergency care, physical therapy

Accident Coverage

Designed to help with unexpected injuries to pets No maximum age limit on pets

Covered conditions include: lacerations, toxin ingestion, eye injuries, broken bones, snake bites, sprains, bite wounds, bee stings
