Each October, FMH employees organize and participate in a variety of fundraising events, raffles, and competitions to support the United Way of Central Iowa (Polk/Dallas/Warren) and United Way of Story County. This year saw some amazing gift baskets raffled, bake sale days full of delicious treats, and generous employee pledges.
In total, employees and retirees raised $51,237.62 while having a lot of fun. Farmers Mutual Hail doubled its employee pledge match, once again, for a total donation of $139,707.62 to the United Way of Central Iowa! United Way focuses on the building blocks for a good life: health, education, and financial stability. FMH and its employees are proud to Live United, helping advance the common good of Iowans.
